Key Responsibilities
Lead the charge in drafting and reviewing Employee Disciplinary Actions (EDAs).
Create detailed and confidential investigative reports.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred. Professional Employment Mediation Training is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, critical and analytical thinking, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Ability to acquire and maintain a Key Gaming License issued through POIGRA.
