📈 Super late to this trend, but here it is: My Top 25 Games (in the rough order I played them). 👾 From attending my first Gamescom to my daily interactions with game developers, working in gaming has been a dream come true these past few months. It has caused me to reflect on my lifelong gaming journey in many ways, and I think it's only right to share the games that have led me here.🏆 What defines my "top" games? I debated between picking the games that were the most innovative, successful, or genre-defining or just the ones I had the most hours in. In the end, I settled on games that had the greatest influence on my appreciation for the medium. This means that games like League of Legends and Monster Hunter, despite taking up years of my childhood, didn't make it onto the list, but smaller and less flashy titles, like Mad Max, Into the Breach, and Bloons TD 6, did. 💡 I'd love to hear if any of my top 25 matches up with yours. Which games expanded your appreciation of what video games can be? How do you define a good game? Thanks to Brian Dang for the inspiration. Have a go at making your own list here:https://topsters.org/ #games#gamingcommunity#videogames#gamedesign#gamedevelopment #goodgames #top25

LinkedIn introduces games to their platform. Games? That's right. LinkedIn has introduced 3 games to their platform. The aim is to "spark conversations and friendly competition among professionals around the world". Each game will be playable once per day with users getting access to metrics like high score and daily streak after completion. The three games are:- Pinpoint: a word association game that reveals 5 words for the user to guess the category that the words fit into - the objective is to have the fewest guesses for the correct category.- Queens: sudoku without numbers, placing queens on a grid so that no queens touch each other and there is a single queen in each row.- Crossclimb: is a trivia wordplay combo that gives users a word as a starting point, and each progressive word changes by just one letter.Let me know your thoughts on this new feature. Bold and innovative? Video Credits: LinkedIn YouTube Channel#LinkedIn #Games #NewFeature
